Waiting days for lab results when you’re sick or injured shouldn’t be the standard. At Mercy West, most diagnostic tests are processed on-site and reviewed by your provider before you leave.
Our rapid testing capabilities include influenza A/B, strep throat, COVID-19 antigen, urinalysis, and mononucleosis testing — all with results in minutes. X-ray referrals if needed, allows your provider to evaluate fractures, chest infections, and foreign bodies during your appointment.
For tests requiring external lab processing — such as comprehensive metabolic panels, cultures, or specialized assays — we collect samples on-site and coordinate with our laboratory partners. Results are communicated to you promptly, typically within 24–48 hours.
