Background
Built for
This Community
Mercy West Urgent Care Center was founded with a clear purpose: to give the Turlock community a better option for immediate medical care. For too many residents, the choice was between waiting days for a primary care appointment or spending hours — and hundreds of dollars — at a hospital emergency room.
We changed that. Located on Geer Road with easy access from Highway 99, Mercy West offers the full diagnostic and treatment capabilities of a modern clinic — lab testing, X-ray imaging, wound care, and more — in a clean, efficiently run environment. Our providers are on-site at all times, not on-call, ensuring you’re seen by a qualified professional every visit.
We serve patients from Turlock, Modesto, Ceres, Atwater, and throughout the Central Valley. No appointment. No referral. No unnecessary wait.
What We Treat
Our Core
Commitments
These aren’t marketing statements — they’re the operating principles that shape every decision we make, from how we staff our clinic to how we design the patient experience.
Our Team
Licensed Providers
On-Site, Every Visit
Every patient at Mercy West is seen by a licensed medical provider — not a nurse practitioner standing in or an on-call physician calling in remotely. Our team is here, in person, every day we’re open.

Our Roots
Turlock's walk-in
Urgent Care
The Central Valley has long faced a shortage of accessible, affordable healthcare options. Mercy West was established to help close that gap for the Turlock area — providing a professional-grade urgent care experience that’s within reach for families, workers, and individuals across Stanislaus County.
We serve patients from Turlock, Modesto, Ceres, Waterford, Hughson, Denair, and Atwater. Our location off Geer Road provides easy freeway access from throughout the region, and our extended hours mean you don’t have to take time off work or rearrange your schedule to be seen.
We’re proud to accept Medi-Cal, Medicare, and a wide range of commercial insurance plans — because healthcare access shouldn’t depend on coverage status.
