Flu (Influenza)

Fever, body aches, fatigue, and respiratory symptoms. Rapid flu test available on-site.

Common Cold

Nasal congestion, sore throat, mild fever. Treated for symptom management and secondary infections.

Strep Throat

Rapid strep test with same-visit antibiotic prescription when confirmed positive.

Sinus Infection (Sinusitis)

Facial pressure, thick nasal discharge, and headache. Evaluated and treated on-site.

Urinary Tract Infection (UTI)

Urine dipstick or culture testing with same-visit antibiotic treatment when indicated.

COVID-19

Rapid antigen testing, PCR options, symptom management, and documentation for work or school.

Ear Infection (Otitis Media)

Inner and outer ear infections evaluated and treated. Antibiotic prescriptions when appropriate.

Bronchitis

Persistent cough, chest discomfort, and mucus production assessed with respiratory evaluation.

Pink Eye (Conjunctivitis)

Bacterial and viral conjunctivitis diagnosed and treated. Eye drops prescribed when appropriate.

Mononucleosis (Mono)

Testing and management for fatigue, swollen lymph nodes, and sore throat associated with mono.

Stomach Flu (Gastroenteritis)

Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and stomach cramps evaluated and managed with rehydration support.

Pneumonia (Mild–Moderate)

Chest X-ray on-site to evaluate suspected pneumonia. Antibiotic treatment for bacterial cases.

Allergic Reactions (Mild)

Seasonal allergies, food sensitivities, and mild allergic reactions treated and managed.

High Fever

Fever evaluation with on-site testing to identify the underlying cause and appropriate treatment.

Broken Bones & Fractures

On-site digital X-ray for rapid fracture diagnosis. Splinting and referral for complex fractures.

Sprains & Strains

Ankle, wrist, and knee sprains evaluated with imaging when needed. Bracing and treatment plans provided.

Falls & Accidents

Injuries from falls, trips, or accidents assessed for fractures, bruising, and soft tissue damage.

Back Pain & Muscle Strain

Acute back pain and muscle strains evaluated. Imaging available to rule out structural injury.

Head Injuries (Minor)

Minor head trauma and suspected concussions assessed. Serious head injuries require ER care.

Shoulder & Arm Injuries

Shoulder strains, dislocations, and arm injuries evaluated with X-ray when indicated.

Knee Injuries

Knee pain, swelling, and ligament injuries evaluated. Imaging and referral as needed.

Finger & Toe Injuries

Jammed, dislocated, and fractured digits X-rayed and treated with splinting or buddy taping.

Sports Injuries

Athletic injuries including overuse, impact, and twisting injuries evaluated and treated.

Contusions & Deep Bruising

Significant bruising and soft tissue trauma evaluated for underlying fracture or damage.

Lacerations Requiring Stitches

Deep cuts cleaned, closed, and sutured by a licensed provider. Wound care instructions provided.

Minor Cuts & Abrasions

Shallow wounds cleaned, disinfected, and dressed. Tetanus update provided when needed.

Burn Treatment

First and second-degree burns cleaned, dressed, and managed. Severe burns require ER care.

Puncture Wounds

Nail punctures, glass, and sharp object injuries cleaned and assessed for infection risk.

Animal Bites

Dog, cat, and other animal bites cleaned, sutured if needed, and assessed for infection or rabies risk.

Infected Wounds

Signs of wound infection including redness, warmth, swelling, and discharge evaluated and treated.

Rashes & Hives

Allergic, contact, and viral rashes evaluated. Prescription-strength treatment when over-the-counter options aren't enough.

Abscesses & Boils

Skin abscesses incised, drained, and packed by our providers. Antibiotics prescribed as needed.

Ingrown Nails

Ingrown toenails and fingernails treated with removal and drainage. Infection treated with antibiotics.

Minor Eye Injuries

Eye scratches, foreign body removal, and minor trauma evaluated. Serious eye injuries need ophthalmology.

Styes & Eyelid Infections

Hordeola (styes) and chalazia assessed and treated with warm compress guidance and antibiotics.

Eczema Flares

Acute eczema flares treated with topical steroids and moisturizing protocols. Trigger identification discussed.

Ringworm & Fungal Infections

Tinea infections of the skin, scalp, and nails diagnosed and treated with antifungal medication.

Shingles

Early shingles diagnosis with antiviral therapy to reduce severity and duration of the outbreak.

Poison Ivy / Oak Reaction

Contact dermatitis from plants treated with steroid creams or oral prednisone for severe cases.

Insect Bites & Stings

Bee stings, spider bites, and tick bites evaluated. Anaphylaxis requires 911 — mild reactions treated here.

Rapid Strep Test

Results in minutes. Throat culture available for negative rapid tests with continued suspicion.

Rapid Flu Test

Influenza A and B rapid antigen test with results during your visit. Antiviral treatment when appropriate.

COVID-19 Testing

Rapid antigen testing available on-site. Documentation provided for employers and schools.

Urinalysis

Urine dipstick and microscopic analysis for UTI, kidney function, and other urinary conditions.

Point-of-Care Blood Testing

Limited on-site blood testing for glucose, mono, and other conditions. Full labs sent to external lab.

Pre-Employment Physicals

Employer-required physical exams completed with documentation for HR and compliance requirements.

Drug & Alcohol Screening

TB Skin Testing (PPD)

Tuberculosis skin test placement and reading for employment, school, and healthcare requirements.

Immunizations & Vaccinations

Tetanus boosters, flu vaccines, and other occupational immunizations administered on-site.
